Appeal Verdict: Penalty stands

Detail: The stewards still feel that Pluto is the driver that should have left room. Whilst there is no specific league guidelines for racing etiquette, this is to allow the stewards more freedom when judging incidents, not to use the real life overtaking rules. In this case, we feel that Pluto was the person who should have avoided the collision as Rundle is alongside enough to be entitled space and the overtake is not fully completed.
