Stewards' Verdict: No Further Action, Penalty Request Denied.

Appeals' Verdict: Stewards' Verdict remains.

Detail: The Panel agreed to the points raised by the stewards in the report that Pluto was going for an ambitious move around the outside of the corner, and due to the nature of the line of the car ahead and the understeer of the F2 cars, this was going to be a tough move to complete, and so they felt that the warning should stand.
