Appeal's Verdict: Decision Stands

Detail: Although the argument was understood, the appeals team still felt that this shouldn't be considered a brake check from Razza. He has to slow down because of the delta and it is unfortunate that it is at a point where Owen is so close behind he is unable to react.

(D2) Lap 26 incident involving Invade & I CJT22 I

Initial Verdict: 2LP to I CJT22 I

I CJT22 I appealing the 2LP applied

Appeal's Verdict: Decision Stands

Detail: The team felt that in order to change the penalty applied CJT would have had to provide sufficient evidence to prove that he had the rear wing damage to justify retiring in the pits, and they felt that what was provided was not enough.
