Stewards Verdict: 3s + 1LP to DustyBassoon244

Appeals Verdict: Penalty Rescinded

Detail: After re-considering the incident including the points made by Dusty, the stewards agreed that the re-join was not to be deemed unsafe as it did not impact any other drivers. and Dusty did not re-join the circuit into the path of another car - the incident with M1niko happened after this and the re-join was not the sole contributing factor.

(D2) Lap 3 incident involving PENROSE_86 & Joseeeph F1 - Joseph appealing the penalty applied

Stewards Verdict: 5s + 1LP to Joseeeph F1

Appeals Verdict: Penalty Stands

Detail: The panel have decided to stick by the initial decision here, as the evidence provided did not change their mind on the incident. They felt that there was no evidence that Penrose was driving in an uncontrolled manner, and that Joseph was still expecting him to yield despite not having the grounds to do so.

(D2) Lap 16 incident involving GoldenEggFryer & J Lee Menz - Menz appealing the penalty applied

Stewards Verdict: 3s to J Lee Menz

Appeals Verdict: Penalty Rescinded

Detail: The panel have decided to change the initial decision and name this a racing incident between the 2 drivers - it was unfortunate for Fryer that he lost the position to the car behind, but it was determined that Menz did nothing wrong here, and that the incident was caused by an awkward wheel-hook.
