Welcome to Round 13 of the Season, and with the final 2 races of the season to go, there was still plenty on offer as we headed down under to Albert Park for the Australian Grand Prix. Every title not yet won was up for grabs, so let's find out who was able to add their name into the Hall of Fame in Australia!

Ticket # 54 - Lap 15 incident involving Franktank214955 & Drastik Blaze

Verdict: 3LP to Drastik Blaze due to DNF

Detail: The stewards believed that Blaze was at fault for this incident which saw both himself and Franktank receive terminal damage. They agreed that for the nature of the corner, Frank gave enough room to Blaze and there was not a lot he could have done. 3LP has been given to Blaze rather than 10s + 2LP due to both cars not continuing after this.

Verdict: Qualifying Ban + 2LP to SLR Petronas

Detail: Petronas blocks Kislesko on a flying lap in S3, so the standard qualifying block penalty is applied.


Ticket # 51 - Lap 7 incident involving Kislesko & SL1X4

Verdict: 2LP to SL1X4 due to DNF

Detail: Sl1X4 rear-ends Kislesko, causing the Alpine to hit the rear of the car in front. This concertina effect causes Kislesko to spin.

Verdict: No Further Action

Detail: The stewards feel that Laney has already begun to spin by the time contact has been made with Echo. Therefore, no penalty will be given.


Ticket # 53 - Lap 21 incident involving IAC Lambo

Verdict: No Further Action

Detail: Lambo was accused of crashing on purpose, however upon reviewing the evidence provided, the stewards feel that this was clearly not the case.



And that concludes yet another hectic weekend in Melbourne, and it always turns the world upside down when we race in Australia late on! Congratulations to BalmyTick395524 who confirmed the McKeon Driver's title on Sunday, as well as RSF1 Invade who did the same in Division 2 after a 4th win in 5 races on Friday night. Invade also became a double champion on Friday as RB finalised themselves as Division 2 Constructor's Champions, whilst Sauber were able to bring home the Joint Constructor's Championship with 1 round to spare!

Speaking of next week, it's the final round of Season 14 and there is only one place we could have gone, home! We return to Silverstone next week, and it best be one exciting finale! We still have the Division 3 Driver's title to be settled between the Sauber pairing of RIPbrannin21 & WillyBum7, however only a win from the latter can see him have a chance of becoming champion. The McKeon Constructor's Championship is also up for grabs, as Ferrari currently hold the advantage over Williams and Mercedes, both of which could take it out of Italian hands at Silverstone. Here's some milestones that could be reached next week...


... SLR Moley (20th) could reach 800 all time SLR F1 points if they score 5 points.


... SemmF1 (22nd) could reach 800 points if they score 17 points.


... DNBSuperSkiilz (209th) could reach 100 points if they score 1 point.


... Rico AV (229th) could reach 100 points if they score 23 points.
