Bouncing around Baku - F2 Round 5

Welcome to the 5th race report of the Formula 2, and this week we were a little behind the F1 divisions as we took to Azerbaijan just after the F1 tiers. What has become quite the classic over the years, it was the first time F2 have raced here since Season 11, so a welcome return to the calendar! Here's what happened around the capital city!

Detail: Warning to Corey when completing an overtake and moving back to the racing line in such quick manner to make sure to leave the necessary racing room.

Detail: SLR Corey has missed his braking point for T1 Lap 1 and caused a collision with QWERTY causing multiple places lost.

Detail: Corey initially squeezes Rundle at T1, but no contact is made and he makes the move cleanly.

Lap 2 - Feature

Verdict: 5 seconds and 1 LP to Mr Riley

Detail: Riley has shown a lack of awareness to how much he is squeezing a car on his outside on entry and exit of T1 causing IchiPoorez to go over the white lines and get an initial warning for an illegal overtake making a further collision.
