Detail: The appeals team agreed with the initial verdict given by the stewards for this incident; Goggy could have given much more space to Clock, and they do not feel that the statement urging Clock to back out there was correct, as he then contradicts himself in his next statement saying that he could not go slower due to a car behind. The team believed that Goggy had a lot of room on the outside of the corner that he could have used to complete the move cleanly.
