Ticket # 0019 - SLR Corey appealing lack of penalty removal from Race 1 Lap 9 incident with TJ Griffiths

Initial Stewards Verdict: no penalty removal

Appeals Verdict: No Further Action

Detail: The additional evidence and statements were looked over by the stewards, including some who had not officiated the first report and they concluded the the original decision will stand.

The stewards are of the opinion that Corey did not leave sufficient room for Toby through the bus stop and that the subsequent warning was as a result of the contact apportioned predominantly on Corey.
